Crest Forums ("Crest") is an operating brand of International Deal Gateway Blockchain Inc. ("IDG", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.crestforums.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, subscribing to our communications, requesting an invitation to an event, or otherwise interacting with Crest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site is intended to provide information regarding Crest Forums, its events, discussions, publications, and related activities.
The Site may include information relating to upcoming forums, event recaps, articles, interviews, commentary, photographs, videos, guest speakers, participating companies, sponsors, and other content of interest to family offices, private investors, business owners, executives, and invited guests.
The Site is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
NO INVESTMENT, LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Crest facilitates discussion, education, and networking amongst family offices, business leaders, subject matter experts, entrepreneurs, and invited guests.
Nothing contained on the Site, presented at a Crest event, distributed through Crest communications, or communicated by Crest representatives constitutes:
(a) investment advice;
(b) legal advice;
(c) tax advice;
(d) accounting advice;
(e) a recommendation to buy or sell any security, investment, or financial product; or
(f) an offer or solicitation to participate in any investment opportunity.
The appearance of any speaker, company, investment opportunity, presentation, sponsor, or discussion topic does not constitute an endorsement by Crest or IDG.
Neither Crest nor IDG is registered as a broker-dealer, investment dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or securities intermediary.
All users, attendees, and readers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence and obtaining professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.
EVENT REGISTRATION AND INVITATIONS
Certain events hosted by Crest are private and attendance may be limited.
Submission of an invitation request does not guarantee attendance.
Crest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
(a) approve or decline any registration or invitation request;
(b) revoke an invitation at any time;
(c) limit attendance;
(d) modify event agendas, speakers, venues, dates, or formats; and
(e) postpone or cancel events.
Crest shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of event changes, postponements, or cancellations.
NETWORKING
One of Crest's objectives is to facilitate meaningful conversations and relationships amongst members of the family office and private capital community.
From time to time, Crest may facilitate networking opportunities between attendees, speakers, sponsors, or other participants.
Crest does not independently verify all information provided by third parties and makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any individual, organization, company, opportunity, or transaction arising from such introductions.
Any decision to engage with another party is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
NEWSLETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS
By subscribing to a newsletter, requesting an invitation, registering for an event, or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Crest and IDG, including event invitations, newsletters, updates, and related communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in such communications or by contacting us directly.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Site is owned by or licensed to Crest, IDG, or its respective content providers.
This includes, without limitation:
• text and articles;
• event summaries and publications;
• logos and trademarks;
• graphics and design elements;
• photographs;
• videos;
• audio recordings; and
• other materials appearing on the Site.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or otherwise used without prior written consent.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By attending a Crest event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
Such materials may be used by Crest and IDG for promotional, editorial, educational, archival, and marketing purposes in print, digital, social media, and other formats.
If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify a member of the Crest team in advance of the event.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Site may reference, feature, or link to third-party organizations, websites, speakers, sponsors, or content.
Such references are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
Crest does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, services, products, statements, or websites.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crest and IDG disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted, securely, or free from errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crest, IDG, their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Crest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably attorn and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia, sitting in the city of Vancouver, with respect to any dispute to or arising out of the Terms of Use.
